Duration: 12 Days Nepal Tour

Day 1. Arrival in Kathmandu

Today you will arrive in Kathmandu international airport. One of our representatives will pick you up from airport and transfer to hotel. Generally there will not be any tour activities today unless requested. Depending on your arrival time in Kathmandu, you may explore “Thamel”. You may have dinner in Thamel choosing one restaurant or go back to your hotel for dinner.

Day 2. Sightseeing in Kathmandu 

Today our sightseeing will start around 9 or 930 am after your breakfast. One of our representatives will introduce the tour guide. Our professional tour guide will take you on the tour and he will look after everything for that day. Today we will visit most important places in Kathmandu like Bhaudhanath (The little Tibet), Pashupatinath (The great Hindu Temple of World), Syambunath (The monkey Temple) and Old royal palace (Kathmandu Darvar Squire). These are all world heritage sights

Day 3. Mountain Flight, Bhaktapur & Nagarkot

Everest Scenic flight is the best flight to see the Everest region by flight. This scenic flight will be for one hour. Even if you have already seen Mt. Everest during your Everest region trek, it is a great experience to do the mountain flight. This is the thing that you will not miss while you are in Kathmandu. You will be just 200 meters away from Mt. Everest and many other mountains. This will be great experience for life. One of our staff picks you up from hotel and takes you to the airport for mountain flight departure.

After completing the mountain flight, you will be brought back to hotel. We will check out the hotel and we will go Bhaktapur tour on the way to Nagarkot. Nagarkot is situated about 35Km. east of Kathmandu city and from here one can see a fantastic view of the Himalayas. Nagarkot is located at 2229 m. elevation from the sea level. In the afternoon you will see an excellent view of sunset. While sun goes down you will see a very beautiful color on the snow Peak Mountains. In the morning you have to get up early in the morning to see the sunrise. You may arrange a wake up call at the hotel reception before you go to bed.

Day 4:  Sightseeing in Patan & Leisure afternoon

You will have your breakfast with beautiful sunrise and we will leave from here to Nagarkot to Patan, which is another city, where you will visit the famous Krishna Temple and the Golden Gate.

After completing the tour in Patan we will drive to Kathmandu and check in hotel, after that you will be free and you will have your own time.

Day 5: Drive or fly to Pokhara

Here is option to go to Pokhara. You can take about 7 hours tourist bus ride to Pokhara or you can take half hour flight to get to Pokhara. If you take the bus ride you can save (about $ 90) the airfare. The bus ride is very beautiful because the ride is through countryside along beautiful Trishuli & Marshyangdi river.

Day 6.  Explore Pokhara
Today, we will take a taxi/car to Sarankot for nice view of mountains. Our car/taxi will drop you off at the lower viewpoint. The road is not accessible to the top viewpoint. You may do an one hour optional hike to the tower. We will back to Lakeside and explore around the lake. You may do boating on the lake and visit other places.

You may take (15 minutes, 30 minutes and 1hour) ultrahigh aircraft flight here in Pokhara to see more is this area. This flight is another interesting thing to do in Pokhara.

Day 7. Drive to Bandipur
We will leave from Pokhara to Bandipur. Bandipur is a beautiful village 3 hours driving distance from Pokhara on the way to Kathmandu. We will explore the Bandipur in afternoon.

Day 8. Chitwan

Today we will drive to Chitwan National Park. As soon as we get to Chitwan, we will check in the lodge and local guide will brief about all programs. Here we follow their schedule. Depending on our arrival time we may do some activities.

Day 9. Explore Chitwan

Day 10. Drive to Kathmandu

Today we will take tourist bus ride to Kathmandu. It will take about 5 to 6 hours drive back to Kathmandu.

Day 11.  Explore Kathmandu

This is your optional day. You can do shopping or going back to revisit the places you liked. Do packing and prepare for next day departure. 

Day 12: Trip concludes. Transfer to airport as per departure time.
