We just completed our talks at Forster, Bonny Hills and Taree in Sidney Australia. We had a good turn out of about one hundred people total. We had really great discussions and I belive it was beneficial for every one to be able to with us. 

We are now filling up the trips for October and November 2010.

Mingmar will be talking about his country, culture and altitude awareness plus we will be introducing a special training program developed for trekking by Kerryann Hayes at Forsters 2428 Gym.
Mingmar will also cover his interest in helping his people to improve the standard of teaching and education. There will be a slide presentation on trekking in Nepal.
